1:ORDERS
All order placed before 4pm will be diapstched same day. Our aim on every is to get it through your letter box before lunch on the next day.
We can sometimes do same day dispatch later (until 4:45) but we cant always guarantee it.
We do not currently send out order confirmation emails.
However you should receive a PayPal receipt.
We are always happy to issue discount codes for high rollers...
2:SHIPPING
Most our orders are sent out with Royal Mail First Class postage.
Tyres and larger orders will be sent out with myhermes.
Let us know if you need larger items in a hurry.
Large Letter is £2
Small Parcel is £4.50-£6.50
myHermes (for kenda tyres) is £4.50
We do not curently have a FreePost threshold but we may introduce something in the future.
Please get in touch soon if there is a delay in receiving your order, so we can chase it up.
3:RETURNS
We accept returns for unwanted items within one month.
We ask that they be sent back in their original packaging with the original seals in tact.
We cannot refund headsets that have been taken out of the packaging. Please check the size before you buy!
We do not refund postage costs, unless we are at fault.
